The history of LED

- Sep 15, 2018-

LEDs (English: light-emitting Diode, or LEDs) are semiconductor electronic components that convert electrical energy into light energy. As early as 1962, this electronic component can only emit a low-luminosity red light, and then develop other versions of monochromatic lights, which can be emitted from the visible, infrared and ultraviolet rays, and the luminosity also increases to a considerable luminosity.

And the use of the first time as indicators, display panels, etc. with the continuous progress of technology, light-emitting diodes have been widely used in display, TV lighting decoration and illumination.
